Lifecycle is a charity cycle ride that is taking place between 26 May 2009 and 6 June 2009, from John O'Groats to Land's End.

The main aim is to raise as much money as possible for Children’s Hospices UK. Children's Hospices UK is the national charity that gives voice and support to all children’s hospice services in the UK. Their vision is for every child and young person who is not expected to reach adulthood and their family to have access to the highest standards of children’s hospice care and support close to home.

The ride and fundraising activity is being undertaken by a team of staff from Barclays Commercial Bank and is being supported by many Barclays colleagues from around the UK.

This website is very much in its infancy, but will continue to grow as the event approaches.  There will be regular updates and (it is hoped) a diary of how the ride is progressing on a daily basis once we get down to business at the end of May.
